镍络合物催化条件下2,2'-联吡啶的偶联合成 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2
在制备联吡啶的偶联反应中,镍化合物和三苯基膦通常是以化学计量参与反应 。我们在对Tiecco报道的偶联反应进行研究的过程中发现,这一反应可以在催化条 件下进行。这一改进订基于投料顺序的改变,充分利用零价镍当场(in situ)生 成时的高活性。将氯化镍、三苯基膦、2-溴吡啶先溶于DMF中,然后在50 ℃时加入 锌粉,催化偶联生成联吡啶,可以获得满意的收率。同时对三种镍化合物的反应活 性作了比较,以NiCl_2·6H_2O活性最高。 相似文献

用固相法合成了促δ-波睡眠肽Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Glu(DSIP)及其十四种类似物和三个短肽,研究了结构与功能的关系,类似物的设计,主要考虑在分子中引入D-氨基酸以抑制酶的作用和增强稳定性,以及引入疏水侧链氨基酸如Phe和Trp等。位置的修饰主要在1,3,4,5,8和9位,即:D-Trp[1],Tyr[1],Tyr[1]Phe[5],D-Trp[1]Phe[8],Trp[3,4],D-Trp[3,4],D-Trp[1,3,4]Phe[8],D-Glu[9],D-pF-Phe[3,4]Phe[8]D-Glu[9],Phe[5],Glu[5]Asp[9],Tyr[5]Asp[9],Ala[7]和Asp[9]-DSIP以及Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp,Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Glu和Trp-Gly-Glu.合成肽的纯度经氨基酸组成分析、元素分析、薄层层析以及纸电泳鉴定。生物试验表明D-Trp[1],Tyr[1],Tyr[1]Phe[5],Ala[7]-DSIP无促眠活性;而Phe[5]-DSIP的促眠活性与DSIP相接近,其他类似物的生物试验结果将另文发表。 相似文献

Textural, mechanical and catalytic properties of porous composite materials Al2O3/Al, MeO x (Me)/Al2O3/Al with metal particles homogeneously distributed in the alumina matrix were studied. These materials were prepared by mixing the powdered components with aluminum followed by hydrothermal treatment and calcination. The macroporous structure was shown to be controlled by the size of large (>microns) particles in starting blends. The mesoporous structure is primarily determined by the properties of alumina formed by dehydration of hydroxide produced in turn via aluminum oxidation by water. The mechanical strength of porous cermets is determined by the number and properties of contacts between micron-size components of composites. Improved catalytic performance of composites is ensured by the developed macroporous structure providing enhanced mass transfer inside the cermet granules. 相似文献

In order to investigate the cause of the decline in the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 in the decomposition of NO in a flow reaction system, detailed TPD measurements of the photocatalysts were carried out after the photoreactions. It was found that the TPD peak assigned to the adsorbed NO species observed at around 524 K is directly associated with a decline in the photocatalytic activity. The TPD spectrum of the adsorbed NO species consisted of three different types of species. The -adsorbed species of NO, formed under UV irradiation on the active surface sites, was found to cause a remarkable decline in the photocatalytic activity of TiO2. It was also found that this decline could be recovered to its original activity by heat treatment with Ar and/or O2 at around 573 K. 相似文献
